Colin Angus and Mr C are part of the group known as The Shamen.

The Shamen were a Scottish electronic dance music band formed in 1986. The group originally consisted of Colin Angus, Mr C (whose real name is Richard West), and Peter Stephenson. They were one of the pioneers of the acid house and techno genres in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
